Yes. You have access to all our CaixaBank ATMs.

You will need the following to sign up:
A device with a camera and a strong internet connection
Your personal details: name, address, etc.
If you live in Spain, your documentation.
- If you are a Spanish national, have your DNI at hand.
- If you are not a Spanish national and you live in Spain:
- If you are a national of an EU or Schengen country please have your national identity card or passport and your EU residence certificate ready.
- If you are a non-EU national, you will need your NIE.
- If you are self-employed, please have the following to hand:
- 1. Tax register declaration (form 036/037)
- 2. One of the following documents:
- Annual summary VAT return (form 390)
- Income tax return (form 100/130)
- Proof of turnover through VAT (form 303) -
You just need to make sure that the device you are using to make your application has a camera.
You can validate your documents using the secure video identification process:
- Make sure you are in a well-lit place with a strong connection.
- Follow these instructions carefully:
- Show the front of your document.
- Tilt and move the front side so that the security features are visible.
- Show the back of your document.
- Read out the code that will appear on the screen.
- Smile at the camera!

- Once registration is complete, you will receive your CaixaBankNow digital banking identifier by email.
- You can access CaixaBankNow from the CaixaBank website or by downloading the app on your mobile phone.
- You can access CaixaBankNow using these credentials:
- Identification: Your DNI/identification document number without the letters.
- PIN: This is the password you created during the registration process.
- If you can't remember your password (PIN), you will have to go to any of our branches to get a new one.

Individuals not resident in Spain can sign up online for an Holabank account with CaixaBank. Have your passport and/or your local identity document ready. We'll tell you which one we'll need depending on your country.

If you identify yourself using your DNI/ID document at a CaixaBank branch, you will have access to the following transactions that you cannot carry out at present:
- Deposit more than €600 a month in cash at an ATM using your card.
- Deposit more than €1,000 a year in cash at an ATM without using your card.
Make international transfers or domestic transfers in a currency other than the euro, up to €999.

The online account, exclusive to new customers, includes at no cost (€0) the opening and maintenance of a current account, access to the CaixaBankNow digital banking service, the deposit of euro-denominated checks drawn on a financial institution in Spain, and the issuance of standard SEPA transfers in euros, Swedish kronor, or Romanian leu within the EU. The account does not accrue interest (0% APR, 0% nominal interest rate). CaixaBank, S.A., with tax identification number (NIF) A08663619, registered in the Special Administrative Register of the Bank of Spain under number 2100, is the entity offering this bank account.
2. There is no issuance or maintenance fee for a debit card issued by the hybrid payment entity CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U. ("CPC"), located at Avenida de Manoteras No. 20, Edificio París (28050 Madrid). CaixaBank, S.A. acts as the agent entity for the card issuer. The client funds protection system chosen by CPC involves depositing funds in a segregated account held with CaixaBank, S.A. The issuance and maintenance of additional or beneficiary cards are not included. During the term of this agreement, the card issuer reserves the right to change the card type at no cost. Such a decision will be communicated to you in advance to allow you to review the conditions of the new card (debit or credit).
3. To send and receive money using Bizum, both the sender and recipient must be registered with Bizum. If the recipient is not registered, an SMS will be sent inviting them to register in order to receive the money.
4. Account maintenance fee: €0. The account does not accrue interest (0% APR, 0% nominal interest rate).
