Patricia Vega (54 years old) has always been linked to the world of hospitality. Her experience, her need to take on new challenges and balance this with her family life, plus her love for natural food, were what led her to set up her new business, Sierra Eco Foods, in Rascafría, in the Sierra de Madrid area.

Sierra Eco Foods is Patricia's commitment to healthy food through its own line of products made using artisan methods and natural, local, ethical and sustainable ingredients.
